Richard Killer is the
Partner responsible for
family law. He studied law
at Leicester University and
joined Dickinson Manser in
1982 after training in
Nottingham and became a
Partner in 1986.
Richard’s practice covers a
full range of family work.
He deals with matrimonial
matters, involving divorce
and financial resolution,
often including substantial
assets. He also has
expertise in relation to
children, ranging from
private law disputes over
residence and contact to
child abduction.
Richard is the firm’s Client
Care Partner and Treasurer
of the Dorset Law Society.
