James
specialises in
commercial
property work.
He trained as a
solicitor in
Bournemouth
before working
for a large
regional firm in
their
Southampton
office, joining
Dickinson Manser
in 2007. He
became a Partner
in 2008.
James undertakes
a wide range of
commercial
property work
including
residential and
commercial
estate
development and
commercial
landlord and
tenant matters.
James also deals
with options and
conditional
contracts and
acts for a
number of
charities in
respect of
property
matters.
Away from work,
James’ time is
occupied by
running an MGA
and spending
time with his
young family.
His other
interests
include films,
music and
playing the
guitar.
