Legal Aid is no longer available for claims of this kind. Our team can discuss with you the alternative funding arrangements which include the traditional method of funding, conditional fee agreements (no win, no fee) and legal expenses insurance. Clients normally have the choice to instruct their own solicitor even if they have the benefit of legal expenses insurance and we are often appointed by insurers.
