From October 2004, “service providers” have had to make “reasonable adjustments” in relation to the physical features of their premises to overcome barriers to use by disabled people.
Where a physical feature makes it impossible or unreasonably difficult for disabled people to access your goods or services, your organisation is required to take reasonable steps to remove or alter the feature, or to provide an alternative means of making your service available.
