TRAINEE SOLICITORS

We take on at least one trainee per year. The closing date for applications is 31st May, each year. COMPANY / COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

Arising from the expansion of our commercial work over the last five years, the firm needs to recruit a dedicated commercial Solicitor to work alongside the Partner heading the Department. This is a new appointment. Good academics and excellent training are more important than experience for this role. A 2:1 degree or above from a major University with training or experience at a commercial or regional firm is preferred. The work involves share and asset acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder, partnership and other commercial agreements. Involvement in a wider range of commercial work than would be normal in a large firm, with greater client contact and responsibility, are the key attractions of this role. The firm is friendly and forward looking, located in one of the most beautiful locations on the South Coast. The firm holds Lexcel and Investors in People accreditations and prides itself on the opportunities it gives its staff for personal advancement.
